Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other faculty members to develop curriculum content.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide feedback for improvement.
- Develop course materials, assessments, and evaluations to ensure effective teaching outcomes.
- Conduct practical sessions, demonstrations, and workshops to facilitate student learning.
- Deliver lectures on Obstetrics & Gynaecology nursing to undergraduate & graduate students.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- MS/M.Sc. (Science) degree(MENTAL HEALTH NURSING) in Nursing or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- 3-4 years of experience as a nurse educator or tutor in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mental health nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for effective classroom instruction and student interaction.
