Designation: Assistant Manager

Department: Stores

Formal education & Experience: Any Graduate with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in Project Industry

Role & responsibilities:

- Preparation of daily/monthly MIS in coordination with stores outsources agency
- Executing all the Day-to-Day Stores Function as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
- Maintain all store reports in Manual / SAP and review of Stores DWM on daily basis
- Responding to internal customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Motivating the Stores team to meet daily targets by training and mentoring staff.
- responsible for managing/maintain the assets of the store in valuable condition
- Close coordination with MRP/Subcontracting team for timely issue of raw components to be processed from outside vendors




- Inventory control Maintaining overall inventory as per SAP stock (no stock mismatch).
- Coordinate with purchase and Finance department for timely GRN and invoice submission
- Submit MIS Reports to various stake holders within stipulated time
- Maintain overall 5S in stores
