: To lead and manage the end-to-end Talent Acquisition function by ensuring timely recruitment of quality talent across manufacturing plants and corporate functions. The role is responsible for manpower planning, sourcing strategy, employer branding, recruitment analytics, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement of hiring processes to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, selection, offer rollout, and joining.
- Partner with business and functional heads to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities.
- Handle hiring across corporate, branch, sales, operations, risk, finance, credit, technology, and other business functions.




- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, campus hiring, job portals, and other relevant channels.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on functional requirements, experience, communication, compensation, and role fit.
- Coordinate with interview panels and ensure a smooth and timely candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage offer negotiations, documentation, and pre-joining follow-ups to improve offer-to-join conversion.
- Work closely with stakeholders on TAT, hiring plans, and recruitment status.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 8 - 12 years of relevant Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
- BPO/KPO experience is preferred, particularly candidates who have handled hiring for RCM healthcare.
- Strong understanding of volume hiring.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn, recruitment consultants, and other sourcing channels.
- Strong stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and hiring priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills.
