At CubeCountry, you will help customers discover and book experiences for families, friends and corporate teams. You will primarily work from CubeCountry in Panampilly Nagar, Kochi, handling incoming enquiries and guiding customers from their first question through booking confirmation and handover to the Operations Team.

This is a hands-on sales and customer experience role. You will learn CubeCountry’s products and services—including board-game experiences, Celebration Packages, membership plans and event offerings—and use that knowledge to understand customer requirements, recommend suitable options and convert enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and other business channels.
- Ask relevant questions to understand customers’ needs, preferences, budgets, event details and special requirements.
- Explain CubeCountry’s products, board-game experiences, Celebration Packages, membership plans and other

offerings accurately.
- Recommend suitable options, respond to questions and objections, negotiate appropriately and close bookings.
- Follow up with interested customers consistently and professionally, without being pushy.
- Maintain accurate lead records, customer notes,



next-action dates and follow-up status in the CRM system.
- Review lead progress and customer interactions to prioritise follow-ups and identify opportunities to improve

conversion.
- Record all confirmed booking details and special requirements, and hand them over clearly to the Operations Team.
- Coordinate with Operations to verify feasibility before committing to special requests or exceptions.
- Attend occasional corporate client meetings when leads and meetings are assigned; present relevant CubeCountry

offerings and identify opportunities for future bookings or collaboration.
- Keep customers informed and support a smooth experience from enquiry to booking and operational handover.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
