Hiring: Recruitment Manager / Talent Acquisition Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced female recruitment professional who can independently manage end-to-end hiring and support our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and plan effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Handle additional HR responsibilities, if required.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn and job portal recruitment.




- Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm and a proactive attitude.
- Team handling experience will be an added advantage.
- Experience in Recruitment Industry, EdTech, Education or Training organisations is preferred.
