Hands-on experience in project planning for new programs and new equipment development as per requirements and timelines.

Experience in IATF 16949 documentation, APQP, PFMEA, process capability, and process validation. Sound knowledge of cycle time studies, process capability, line balancing, and lean manufacturing.

Experience in the design and development of jigs, fixtures, and dies (casting/stacking). Understanding and practical experience in electrical hardwiring circuits, including relay logic. Basic knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, circuit diagrams, and troubleshooting.

Experience in assembly machine development, working with automation suppliers to achieve timelines and targets. Ability to manage, guide, and support team members to achieve departmental objectives. Positive communication and presentation skills.

Experience in process improvement related to safety, quality, productivity, and cost. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for existing assembly lines and new lines. Innovative ideas for new machine development.

Familiarity with and hands-on experience in lean manufacturing. Knowledge of low-cost automation and 5S practices.
