- Own day-to-day production operations and ensure planned production is achieved with the required quality, cost and timelines.

- Develop and execute production plans, schedules and manpower plans based on demand and capacity.

- Manage production resources including manpower, machines, materials, tooling and infrastructure.

- Lead, develop and manage the production team, including supervisors, engineers, technicians and operators.

- Plan manpower requirements and participate in recruitment, selection and deployment of production manpower.

- Establish training and skill-development programs for production employees and shop-floor teams.

- Monitor production performance, bottlenecks, downtime, productivity and capacity utilisation.

- Identify capacity constraints and lead capacity expansion and production scale-up initiatives.

- Support and execute greenfield or brownfield manufacturing projects, including production setup, equipment, manpower and process readiness.

- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Quality, Testing, Procurement and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues.

- Develop and maintain robust production processes, SOPs, work instructions and shop-floor controls.





- Ensure production operations follow IATF, ISO or equivalent quality management systems and manufacturing practices.

- Drive adherence to standard processes, quality requirements, safety practices and workplace discipline.

- Support implementation of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.

- Coordinate production trials, new product introduction and transition from development to production.

- Monitor material availability and coordinate with Procurement and Stores to avoid production disruptions.

- Identify opportunities to improve cycle time, productivity, yield, quality and manufacturing cost.

- Ensure proper utilisation and maintenance of production equipment in coordination with the Maintenance team.

- Prepare and review production reports, capacity plans and operational data for management review.

- Build a solid culture of ownership, accountability, quality and continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
