- The Project Executive MIS & Data Coordination will be responsible for maintaining accurate, timely and actionable project information for the Andhra Pradesh Rooftop Solar Project.
- The role will manage end-to-end project MIS covering beneficiary/site allocation, survey and feasibility, installation, commissioning, DISCOM/MNRE portal status, inspection, material movement, vendor performance, billing and payment.
- The candidate will coordinate closely with the State Head, District Engineers, Project In-charges, Warehouse, Finance and installation partners to collect, validate and reconcile project data. The role will prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS, district-wise and vendor-wise performance reports, target vs achievement analysis, ageing reports and management dashboards.
- A key responsibility will be to identify gaps between physical progress, portal progress, material consumption and commercial progress. The candidate is expected to investigate mismatches, highlight bottlenecks, identify pending actions and follow up with the concerned teams until closure.
- The role requires strong ownership of data accuracy. The candidate should not work only as a report preparer or data-entry resource, but should understand what the numbers represent on the ground and proactively provide meaningful information to support project decisions.
- The candidate will also support project review meetings, DISCOM/department reviews, documentation, billing reconciliation and preparation of management reports. All important project records should be maintained in a structured, traceable and audit-ready manner.

Deliverables:

- Ensure accurate and timely daily/weekly/monthly project MIS. Maintain complete site-wise visibility from allocation to installation, inspection, billing and payment. Ensure minimum mismatch between field progress, portal data, material records and commercial data.
- Maintain ageing and exception reports for pending sites, inspections, portal cases, billing and payments.



Provide vendor/district-wise target vs achievement and productivity analysis.
- Identify bottlenecks and data discrepancies proactively and drive follow-up with concerned teams.
- Maintain audit-ready project records and provide reliable dashboards for management decision-making.

Technical Must have Skills:

- Robust MS Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, IF formulas, data validation, conditional formatting, data cleaning and reconciliation.
- Ability to handle and analyse large site-level datasets.
- Strong understanding of project MIS, target vs achievement, ageing, exception reporting and data reconciliation.
- Ability to identify duplicate, missing and mismatched records. Comfortable working with online government/project portals and ERP/SAP-based data.
- Ability to prepare clear management dashboards and reports. Power BI/Looker Studio and Solar/EPC project MIS experience will be an added advantage.

Education : Graduate in Engineering, Science, Commerce, Statistics, Computer Applications, Business Administration or equivalent discipline.

- Candidate must have strong MS Excel and data-management skills. Engineering qualification and prior experience in Solar, EPC, Infrastructure, Utility or Project MIS will be preferred but are not mandatory.
- Candidates with experience handling large site-level datasets, project tracking, reconciliation and management reporting will be preferred.

Experience : 3 to 5 years Weekly Off 2nd , 4th ,5th Saturday & all Sundays

Primary skills:

1. This person will track the complete progress of the Andhra Pradesh (and future different states) Rooftop Solar Project through Excel, reports and dashboards, and ensure that the data provided by different teams is accurate.
