Mandatory Skills

1) Automotive door system design experience, from concept design, detail design to release.
2) 10+ Years of experience in automotive/powersports door design and development.
3) Door system architecture, packaging and design.
4) Define/work on Door architecture or door system design.
5) Provide technical guidance for the design and development of an automotive door.
6) Door inner/outer structure design
7) All door hardware design/selection including Hinges, latches, lock actuator and integration.
8) Window regulator and sealing systems design
10) Door trims design and attachment strategy
11) DFMEA, manufacturability, and automotive best practices
12) Positive communication and collaboration skills with English fluency.
13) Need an experience NX CAD tool.
