HR RECRUITER | Up to 25,000 Take-Home + Incentives

Location: Hyderabad

Shift: Day Shift

Gender: Female Only

Experience: Minimum 6 Months in Recruitment

Salary

First 3 Months: Up to 25,000 Take-Home + Incentives

- From 4th Month: Up to 35,000 Take-Home + Incentives
- Salary revision from the 4th month will be based on performance during the first 3 months.

Candidates with experience in any of the following domains can apply:

BPO Recruitment

- IT Recruitment
- US IT Recruitment
- Sales
- Real Estate
- Manufacturing
- Other recruitment-related profiles

Key Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.

- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment data.
- Achieve assigned recruitment and joining targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team and hiring managers.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to joining.
