We are seeking for a purchase executive with the below experience
- Code creation in internal software i.e name, codes, prices etc
- Procurement of imported goods from various vendors
- To provide quotations
- To maintain and check the minimum stock levels (MSL) for warehouse inventory
- Documentation for procurement processes
- Update purchase order from vendors in Centra
- Create and maintain master files and reports for all procurement & payment details
- Reports generating of recent orders
- Help the audit team during the warehouse auditing
