Job Description

We are hiring candidates for the position of Apprentice – Sales Associate (Jewellery) under a 6-Month Apprenticeship Program at Titan Company Ltd. – Tanishq, Hyderabad.

Role & Responsibilities

- Assist customers in understanding jewellery designs, features, and pricing.
- Support senior sales staff in handling customer inquiries and sales transactions.
- Learn and communicate product knowledge related to gold, diamond, platinum, and precious stone jewellery.
- Assist in maintaining showroom displays and visual merchandising standards.
- Participate in customer engagement activities and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, security procedures, and operational guidelines.




- Maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Assist with billing, packaging, and after-sales service coordination.

Key Skills Required

- Valuable communication skills in the regional language.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

Compensation

19,500 per month (18,000 from the company + 1,500 Government contribution).

Work Details

- 6 days working from the store.
