Role & responsibilities

Assistant Manager / Associate Manager / Deputy Manager

- Acquire recent customers for banking products and services.
- Generate business through CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) acquisition.
- Promote banking products such as loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term engagement.
- Understand customer financial needs and offer suitable banking solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business targets assigned by the bank.
- Conduct customer meetings, field visits, and lead-generation activities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely service and support.
- Cross-sell and up-sell banking products to existing customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation as per banking guidelines.
- Coordinate with branch operations and other departments for smooth customer onboarding.




- Stay updated on banking products, policies, and market trends.

Preferred candidate profile

- Any Graduate (B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BCA, etc.)
- B.Tech / BE
- MBA / PGDM
- Freshers and Experienced Candidates can apply
