Key Responsibilities:
- Verify employee and client timesheets for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify missing entries, duplicate hours, and discrepancies.
- Assist with accounting activities, including TDS, accruals, prepaid expenses, bill posting, and payment entries.
- Follow up with teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely submissions.
- Support month-end closing and other finance activities.
Required Skills:
- Basic accounting knowledge and good MS Excel skills.
- Strong logical thinking, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Smart, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently.
Additional Requirements:
- Willing to relocate to Hyderabad, if required.
- Adaptable to work beyond regular hours when necessary.
- Interested in building a career in Accountancy and Finance.
