- Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience in any one specific country payroll

Key Skills & Responsibilities

8-10 years of overall experience in SAP HCM Functional Payroll
Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience in any one specific Country Payroll
Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll Configuration
Strong experience in Payroll Schemas & PCRs
Hands-on experience with Wage Types, Processing Classes & Cumulations
Experience in Legal Compliance & Tax Reporting
Experience in Payroll Enhancements, AMS Support & Troubleshooting
Experience in End-to-End Payroll Implementations




Good understanding of SAP HCM integration with other modules
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with business/technical teams

Country Payroll Experience

Candidates should have 4-5 years of relevant experience in any one of the following country payrolls:
