Hiring for ASM Leading FMCG Brand (Personal Care) - Ernakulam/Hyderabad

Hiring : ASM - Leading FMCG Brand (Personal Care)

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 1. Daily market visit along with ISR to provide on the job training
- 2. Ensure adherence of admin protocol by field force- reports submission, attendance monitoring etc...
- 3. Distributor visit, ensure claims & damage settlement as and when required
- 4. Physical checking of stock levels at Distributor point.
- 5. Monitor CFA operations & stock levels as required.
- 6. Ensure ISRs are working as per PJP and as per company mobile app policy
- 7. Effectively plan town wise targets and ISR PJP
- 8. Ability to fill manpower & DB vacancies without affecting business.
- 9. Conduct weekly & monthly review meeting with team
- 10. Supervision & execution of promotional activities or display schemes as and when planned by management.
