- Robust knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, sheet metal, fabrication, welding, assembly, surface treatment, and inspection.
- Understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T;, BOMs, tolerances, materials, and manufacturing specifications.
- Knowledge of machining / sheet metal pparameters such as feed, speed, depth of cut, cycle time, and machine-hour costing, forming process.
- Exposure to tooling, jigs & fixtures, GSE/GHE, aerospace structures, or precision manufacturing would be advantageous.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel for cost models, calculations, and estimation templates.
- Familiarity with CAD tools such as CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks, or NX is preferred.
