Job Summary:

UnifyCX is hiring experienced professionals for an International Chat Process in the Telecom domain. The role involves handling international customer Chats, resolving service-related issues, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Handle international Chats for telecom customers
- Resolve issues related to network, connectivity, broadband, Wi-Fi, and service interruptions
- Provide clear and skilled communication to ensure customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria :

- Minimum 2 years of International Chat experience (mandatory)
- out of which 6 months of Telecom exp is mandatory
- Graduates / Undergraduates can apply
- Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts

Key Skills :

- International Chat Support.

- Excellent English Communication.
