Job Description:We are looking for an experienced US Non-IT Recruiter with prior US staffing and manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across industries such as manufacturing, aerospace, civil engineering, construction, finance, and other non-IT sectors.

Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and qualify candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, Indeed and other sourcing channels.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening to candidate submission and placement.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and maintain regular communication.




- Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand job requirements and meet hiring targets.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates in the ATS.

Requirements:

- 1+ years of US staffing experience. (Non-IT)
- Good to have RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) experience.
- Experience recruiting for non-IT roles such as, manufacturing, aerospace, civil engineering, construction, finance, and other non-IT sectors.
- Solid sourcing, communication, and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work the US night shift from the Hyderabad office.
