Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities

1. Statutory Audit & Compliance

- Coordinate and manage statutory audits, ensuring timely completion.

- Liaise with auditors and provide necessary financial records, schedules and supporting documents.

- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.

1. Monthly & Quarterly Consolidation

- Manage monthly and quarterly financial consolidation and reporting.

- Ensure accuracy of financial statements and timely closure of books.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.

1. AOP & Budgeting

- Drive the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and budgeting process.

- Coordinate with business teams to prepare annual budgets and financial projections.

- Monitor budget versus actual performance and highlight key variances.

1. Corporate Accounting & Reimbursements

- Oversee corporate accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations and month-end closing.





- Manage employee and corporate reimbursements, ensuring timely processing and adherence to policies.

- Strengthen financial controls and ensure accuracy of accounting records.

1. P&L; Management

- Monitor and manage Profit & Loss (P&L;) performance.

- Analyse revenue, expenses and key financial parameters.

- Identify cost optimisation opportunities and provide insights on financial performance to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Qualified CA

- Relevant experience in corporate finance, accounting and financial reporting.

- Robust understanding of statutory audits, budgeting, consolidation and P&L; management.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.

- Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within strict timelines.
