Role Objective

We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual from Bitumen & Roads background who is excited to take up new challenges. The incumbent will be expected to be the rainmaker for Moglix, getting relevant Infra & Road customers on board, nurturing them and converting them to consistent key accounts.

Role Responsibilities

Hunter Instinct: Identify and open new organizations working in the Indian Road

Sector as clients and strategic partners. Candidate should have sound experience in sales of Bitumen & Bituminous products to Road Infra Companies & Road Contractors.

Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerate d growth.

Ensuring 100% end to end fulfillment rate for all orders.

Program managing cross functionally to ensure adherence to SLAs. Supporting and leading various marketing activities from time to time.

Get relevant Infra & Road customers on board,



nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts particularly from Infra structure industry.

Getting adequate and required Approvals from various authorities like State PWD, NHAI, Source Consultants for Bitumen & Bituminous products supply.

Need to travel extensively to maintain relationship with existing customers & develop current customers.

Work Experience

3-5 years of relevant experience in Bitumen, Bitumen Emulsion, Modified Bitumen (PMB & CRMB) - Essential

Knowledge/ Skills

- Domain knowledge related to Bitumen, Polymer & Crumb Rubber Modified Bitumen, Bitumen Emulsions & Micro-surfacing -Essential
- Must enjoy sales hunting, new client acquisition and driving sales targets -Essential
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch -Desirable
- Excellent negotiation, communication & analytical skills -Essential
