Mind Weavers is a psychology and rehabilitation clinic with over 15 years of experience. We offer psychiatry, adult and child psychotherapy, assessments, rTMS and more, and we also run Mind Weavers Academy for training and education. Our team of 30 is growing, and we are looking for a creative designer to help shape how we look and communicate.

Job Summary

We are looking for an Assistant Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. You will work under the Media Head to create clear, warm and professional visuals for our social media, campaigns, events, print materials and websites, all in line with the Mind Weavers brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Design social media posts, reels covers, stories and carousels
- Create posters, brochures, pamphlets, banners, standees and event creatives
- Design certificates, ID cards, letterheads, presentations and course materials for the Academy
- Prepare ad creatives and landing page graphics for Google and Meta campaigns




- Follow brand guidelines (blue and gold palette, brand fonts) consistently across all work
- Support the Media Head and strategist with campaign ideas and content calendars
- Make revisions quickly based on feedback and meet deadlines
- Keep design files organised and ready for print or digital use

Requirements

- Diploma or degree in graphic design, visual communication or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Canva
- Good sense of layout, typography and colour
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar) is an advantage
- Ability to take direction and work in a team
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Portfolio of previous work is required
- Freshers with a robust portfolio are welcome

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
