Role & responsibilities

1. Lead Finance and Accounting Processes: Oversee end-to-end financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support business objectives.
2. Bank Reconciliation: Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of bank accounts to maintain financial integrity.
3. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage and streamline accounts payable and receivable processes to optimize cash flow and vendor relationships.
4. Taxation and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including GST, income tax, and other relevant tax regulations.
5. GST Management: Oversee GST filings, input tax credit reconciliation, and compliance with GST laws.
6. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals and foster a team-oriented work environment.
7. Financial Analysis:



Provide actionable insights through financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
8. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
9. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies, to ensure seamless operations.

Preferred candidate profile Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or equivalent), MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.

Knowledge: In-depth understanding of GST, taxation laws, and financial regulations in India.

Experience Minimum 5 years in
