Role Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to support the Finance Head in day-to-day hospital finance operations, statutory compliance, and MIS reporting.

This is a growth-oriented role offering an opportunity to develop into a senior finance leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing budgets, MIS reports, and financial dashboards.
- Support hospital billing, insurance/TPA claim reconciliation, and vendor payments.
- Handle statutory filings, including GST, TDS, and ITR, and coordinate with auditors.
- Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and project cost tracking.




- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely month-end closing.
- Provide analytical support for hospital expansion and cost optimization.

Qualifications and Experience
- CA Inter / MBA (Finance) / ICWA or equivalent qualification.
- 3–6 years of experience in healthcare or service-sector finance.
- Hospital finance experience preferred.
- Positive knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (Tally), and financial modelling.

Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed salary of 40,000–60,000 per month.
