- Supervise and monitor daily department operations.
- Supervise restaurant, room service and banquet operations.
- Monitor staff performance, grooming and discipline.
- Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
- Manage staff scheduling, training and coordination.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene and service standards.
- Control departmental costs and reduce wastage.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with kitchen and other departments.
Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
