Job Responsibilities

· Own Meta strategy, campaign execution, creative testing, and performance optimization across Facebook and Instagram.

· Develop and execute LinkedIn employer branding strategies to strengthen the company's online presence and position it as an employer of choice.

· Scale ads spend while maintaining target ROAS and CAC across prospecting and retargeting campaigns.

· Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS) and optimize campaigns for better results.

· Plan and manage budget allocation based on campaign performance and business priorities.

· Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad briefs, test creatives, and optimize messaging for higher conversions.

· Identify funnel drop-offs and troubleshoot issues related to Meta Pixel, attribution, and conversion tracking.

· Work with the tech team to ensure accurate pixel implementation, event tracking, and Conversion API integration.

· Develop and optimize audience strategies, including custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.

· Prepare weekly performance reports with key insights, campaign trends,



and growth recommendations.

· Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.

· Identify new opportunities to scale customer acquisition and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

· 3 to 5 years managing Meta campaigns for a D2C brand or performance marketing agency

· Proven track record managing Rs. 1 Cr+ monthly spend with clear ROAS outcomes

· Deep knowledge of Ads Manager — campaign structure, audiences, attribution, reporting

· Robust understanding of funnel metrics — CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR — and how to optimize

· Hands-on experience with creative testing and iterating based on performance data

· Working knowledge of pixel setup, attribution windows, and conversion tracking

· Ability to independently troubleshoot campaign underperformance without escalation

Work Schedule

· 5 working days a week (09 AM to 06 PM).
