Role & Responsibilities

- Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for undergraduate (B. Com, BBA) and postgraduate (MBA) students in Management & Commerce, specializing in:

1. General Management
2. Accounting
3. Finance
4. HR
5. Marketing
6. Commerce

- Design, update, and develop curriculum and course materials for relevant subjects.
- Engage in academic planning and contribute to the development of current courses or programs.
- Participate in departmental and institutional meetings, academic committees, and policy formulation.
- Collaborate with faculty members on interdisciplinary academic and research projects.
- Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and support to students.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Ph.D.from a recognized university.
- 3 to 8 years of teaching experience
- Strong subject knowledge and foundational understanding of core management concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with students, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates holding a Ph.D. are required.
