Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure supporting online and digital assessment platforms.
- Monitor the availability, performance, and reliability of servers, networks, applications, and infrastructure components.
- Support infrastructure planning and execution for large-scale online examinations and assessments.
- Ensure high availability and scalability of systems during peak examination periods.
- Coordinate with internal technology teams, cloud service providers, and external vendors for infrastructure-related requirements.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential infrastructure issues and bottlenecks.
- Manage server environments, operating systems, networking components, and related infrastructure.




- Support cloud infrastructure and deployment environments as required.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure security, access controls, backups, and disaster recovery mechanisms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, network, and system-related issues within defined timelines.
- Support incident management, root cause analysis, and preventive measures for recurring issues.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, architecture diagrams, SOPs, and operational reports.
- Participate in capacity planning and infrastructure upgrades based on assessment volumes and business requirements.
- Ensure readiness of infrastructure before, during, and after critical assessment/examination cycles.
- Work closely with Application Development, Product, Assessment Operations, Information Security, and other cross-functional teams.
