About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Assembly Technician Trainee to assist in assembling, fitting, installing, and testing mechanical components, equipment, and industrial products. The candidate will work under the guidance of senior technicians and assembly engineers to ensure accurate assembly operations, maintain product quality, and follow standard manufacturing and safety procedures. This role provides hands-on training and practical exposure to industrial assembly processes.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Assist in assembling mechanical components, parts, and industrial equipment according to technical specifications.
- Perform basic fitting, fastening, installation, and assembly operations.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly diagrams, and technical instructions.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and basic assembly equipment.
- Inspect assembled components to ensure proper fitting, alignment, and functionality.




- Assist in testing assembled products and identifying assembly-related defects.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and assembly work instructions.
- Maintain proper records of assembly activities and production output.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics, or related disciplines.
- Freshers interested in mechanical assembly and manufacturing operations are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of mechanical components, tools, and assembly processes.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical diagrams.

Required Skills

- Mechanical assembly and component fitting.
- Knowledge of hand tools and power tools.

- Familiarity with measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometers.
