Roles & Responsibilities

1. Perform assembly, testing, inspection, and packing activities as per approved Work Instructions (WI) and process documents.

2. Ensure products are assembled according to quality, safety, and productivity requirements.

3. Provide timely feedback and escalate production line issues to the supervisor/engineer.

4. Accurately update production records, checklists, and traceability documents.

5. Ensure proper handling, usage, and accountability of assembly tools and fixtures.

6. Follow 5S standards and maintain workplace cleanliness and organisation.

7. Adhere to EHS (Workplace, Health & Safety), QMS (Quality Management System), and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) requirements.

Competency / Skill Requirement

1. ITI diploma is preferred.



Graduates with 0-5 years of relevant experience may also be considered.

2. Experience in EMS, electronics assembly, manufacturing, or production line operations.

3. Hands-on experience in handling electric screwdrivers, torque screwdrivers, and assembly hand tools.

4. Basic knowledge of assembly, testing, inspection, and packing processes.

5. Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

6. Ability to learn quickly and effectively apply training instructions on the shop floor.

7. Good communication skills, teamwork, and problem-reporting capability.Role & responsibilities
