We are a growing software product initiative backed by an established recruitment consulting company.

GRD (Getting Recruitments Done) is a recruitment technology and business workflow management platform developed by ABACUS Consultants, an established recruitment consulting firm. We are building practical SaaS solutions for recruitment planning, task management, performance monitoring, analytics and hiring process improvement.

We are looking for a skilled and logically strong ASP.NET MVC Developer who can independently understand business requirements, design workflows, develop backend functionality and use modern AI coding tools to accelerate development.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how a business process works and converting it into practical, user-friendly software.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain applications using ASP.NET MVC, C#, Web API and MySQL.
- Understand business requirements and independently translate them into functional software modules.
- Develop Stuff Management, Task Planning, Daily Monitoring, Weekly Review and Follow-up Management modules.
- Build workflows involving task ownership, priorities, deadlines, status tracking, pending actions and carry-forward.
- Develop recruitment management, dashboards, SLA monitoring, reporting and analytics modules.




- Design and integrate REST APIs and optimise database queries.
- Support frontend integration using JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX and Bootstrap.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools for faster development, debugging, testing, refactoring and documentation.
- Troubleshoot existing software issues and improve application performance.
- Take ownership of assigned features from requirement understanding to successful delivery.

Required Skills
- 3-6 years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC and .NET Framework.
- Good knowledge of MySQL, SQL Server, Web API, LINQ and database design.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX and Bootstrap.
- Strong logical thinking, analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand complex business workflows and develop practical solutions.
- Experience using Git and debugging existing applications.
- Practical experience with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude or equivalent.
- Ability to review, test and validate AI-generated code independently.

Preferred Candidate We prefer candidates who have worked on SaaS platforms, business management applications, ERP, CRM, HRMS or workflow automation software.

The ideal candidate should be self-driven, capable of independent development, comfortable working with an existing codebase and willing to take ownership of features.

Contract and Growth Prospect

This position is initially offered on a 3-month full-time contractual basis.

Strong performers may be considered for permanent employment based on technical capability, quality of delivery, ownership and team compatibility.
