We are looking for an

AI Engineer for Observability to build the next-generation monitoring and evaluation "nervous system" for our AI-powered products and internal infrastructure.

Required Skills

- Experience:

5+ years in software engineering, platform engineering, or SRE, with at least 2+ years dedicated to AI/LLM systems or up-to-date observability stacks.

- Programming Languages:

Strong proficiency in

Python

(for custom evals and telemetry scripts) and

Go or

TypeScript

(for core platform services).

- Observability Ecosystem:

Deep familiarity with OpenTelemetry (OTel), Prometheus, Grafana, and distributed tracing backends (Jaeger, Tempo, or Datadog).

- AI/LLM Observability Tools:

Hands-on experience with tools like

LangSmith

,

Langfuse

,

Arize Phoenix

,

Braintrust

, or

MLflow

.

- AI Concepts:

Solid understanding of LLM non-determinism, embedding/vector search mechanics, RAG pipelines, token economics, and concept/data drift.
