Limestays manages premium holiday homes and vacation rentals across North Goa. We’re known for a smooth guest experience and high operational standards, and we’re growing.

The role

You’ll look after a cluster of Limestays properties and lead the housekeeping, caretaker and support teams on the ground. You report to the Operations Manager and work closely with our Guest Relations and Reservations teams to keep every property guest-ready.

What you’ll do

- Visit and inspect your properties, including pre-arrival and post-checkout checks
- Plan daily duties and rosters around check-ins and check-outs
- Supervise housekeeping, caretakers and support staff
- Train your team on our SOPs and quality standards
- Resolve guest and operational issues quickly
- Coordinate repairs with technicians and vendors until they’re closed
- Track inventory and supplies such as linen and toiletries
- Spot gaps in operations and suggest improvements
- Prepare short daily,



weekly and monthly reports

What we’re looking for

- 2 years in hospitality, vacation rentals or property management
- At least 1 year supervising a team
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards
- Positive leadership and communication skills
- Quick, practical problem-solving
- Ability to handle multiple properties at once
- Fluent English and Hindi (Konkani or Marathi is a plus)
- Own two-wheeler and valid licence preferred
- Availability on weekends, holidays and peak season
