Peoples Mutual Cooperative Credit Society Ltd. offers financial products and services, including Fixed Deposits. We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Branch Manager to lead deposit mobilization, customer acquisition, branch business development and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall branch activities with a primary focus on Fixed Deposit mobilization.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly deposit mobilization targets.
- Develop current business opportunities by identifying potential deposit customers.
- Generate leads through direct marketing, customer references, field visits and local networking.
- Promote Fixed Deposit schemes and explain interest rates, tenure, maturity benefits and applicable terms to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual investors, business owners and high-value deposit customers.
- Identify and acquire HNI customers and bulk deposit opportunities.
- Lead, guide and motivate the branch sales and marketing team to achieve deposit targets.
- Allocate individual targets and monitor daily, weekly and monthly performance.
- Conduct customer meetings, promotional activities and local marketing campaigns.
- Ensure timely follow-up with existing customers for FD renewals and additional investments.
- Maintain a strong customer database and ensure regular follow-ups with prospective customers.




- Ensure accurate collection and processing of deposit applications and KYC documentation.
- Coordinate with the Head Office for FD processing, receipts, renewals and customer service.
- Ensure transparency in customer communication and compliance with company policies.
- Handle customer queries, complaints and service-related issues.
- Monitor branch expenses, productivity and overall business performance.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly deposit business reports to management.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to improve deposit business.
- Ensure proper documentation, record maintenance and audit compliance.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monthly Fixed Deposit mobilization.
- New deposit customer acquisition.

Eligibility Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
