Role Overview

Lead sales operations within an assigned territory, drive revenue growth, achieve regional targets, and expand the NoBroker customer base. Own sales performance within your territory while building, coaching, and managing a high-performing Sales Executive team. The role combines territory strategy, customer engagement, lead closure, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive territory sales and revenue targets
- Close the leads provided to you
- Develop territory-specific sales strategies
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage Sales Executives
- Conduct coaching sessions and performance reviews
- Build customer relationships and resolve escalations
- Promote premium plans and value-added services
- Identify recent business opportunities and local partnerships
- Track KPIs, CRM updates, and MIS reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Consistently achieve territory sales and revenue targets
- Ensure effective closure of leads provided
- Build a disciplined, target-oriented sales team

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree
- 3-6 years of Sales / Business Development experience
- Preferred experience in Real Estate, PropTech, BFSI, Telecom, FMCG, or B2C sales
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, CRM, and analytical skills
- Must own a bike and hold a valid driving license
