1. Drive store performance by improving key metrics.
2. Improve UPT (units per transaction), ATV (average transaction value), and invoice count; set and maintain reorder levels (ROL) to avoid stockout.
3. Clear overstock and dead stock through bundling, promotions, and visual merchandising.
4. Increase customer footfall at store level.
5. Monitor and improve customer retention and conversion.
6. Prepare sales and stock reports and present store performance.

3) Functional Competencies Required to Perform This Job

1. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint & Advanced Excel).
2. Thorough knowledge of Retail Sales & Service Operations.

Work Shift: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM Adaptable. (10 hours working)
