Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide production support for Workday HCM module, ensuring timely resolution of issues and excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and implement solutions using Workday's core HCM features such as recruitment, employee data management, benefits administration, etc.
- Offer AMS (Advanced Module Support) services including configuration changes, report development, and system testing to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Workday Security & Reporting modules.

Job Requirements :

- 8-13 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in Workday HCM implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to apply them effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
- Proficiency in developing reports using various tools like Crystal Reports or similar technologies.
