Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct English classes as per the prescribed syllabus.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials.
- Engage students through interactive teaching methods and classroom activities.
- Help students improve their English language proficiency, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
- Encourage students to participate in discussions, presentations, and other language-based activities.
- Develop students' confidence in spoken English and professional communication.
- Conduct tests, evaluate assignments, and assess student performance.
- Monitor students' academic progress and provide guidance for improvement.
- Maintain attendance records and academic documentation.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure effective teaching and learning.




- Participate in faculty meetings and other academic activities as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English or a relevant discipline.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Robust communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage students and create an interactive learning environment.
- Ability to help students improve their language proficiency and overall communication skills.
- Patient, approachable, and capable of handling students with different learning levels.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred.
- Punctual, responsible, and committed to academic duties.
