Responsibilities
- Handle production incidents, critical issues, SLA-driven resolution, and 24x7 on-call support.
- Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills with a proactive focus on incident prevention and operational improvements.
Requirements
- Strong domain expertise in Investment Management and Capital Markets.
- Valuable understanding of Data Engineering, data integration, processing workflows, and system-to-system data flows.
- Experience with API Management and integrations, with scripting/automation knowledge in Python and PL/SQL.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized environments for application/platform support.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Change Management, Git, and Bitbucket, with exposure to test automation and automated deployments.
