Are you experienced in enterprise networking, SD-WAN, and cloud security? We’re looking for a skilled Network Operations Engineer to join our team!

Key Skills & Technologies:
Fortinet FortiGate SD-WAN – Overlay tunnels, traffic steering, and troubleshooting
Zscaler ZIA / ZPA – Internet security and private access solutions
Routing & Switching – Hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches
BGP Routing – Route advertisements, filtering, path selection, and troubleshooting
Network Monitoring – SolarWinds NPM, LogicMonitor, or Datadog
Networking Fundamentals – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, subnetting, and OSI Layers 1–4
Incident Management – ServiceNow, ITIL processes, and L1 incident handling




Troubleshooting Tools – Ping, traceroute, nslookup, dig, and Cisco IOS/IOS-XE CLI

What We’re Looking For:
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to work in a 245 operational environment
• Willingness to provide on-call support during critical incidents and planned maintenance
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or an equivalent qualification

• CCNA and relevant network security certifications are an advantage
