Job Details

- Experience: Minimum 6 months - 3 years of experience into recruitment
- Location: Hyderabad | Work From Office
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Shift: Fixed Day Shift
- Salary: Up to 40,000 take-home + incentives up to 25,000/month
- Incentives: From the first month
- Preference: Immediate joiners

Mandatory Recruitment Experience

BPO: International Voice, Technical Support, Non-Voice, BPO Support, B2B/B2C Sales

Healthcare: AR Callers, Medical Coding, Healthcare Support

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.




- Manage multiple vacancies and achieve recruitment targets.

Required Skills

- Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience.
- Prior BPO or Healthcare recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Positive communication, sourcing and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to manage hiring targets and close positions.
