Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatch & Inventory Executive to manage stock, maintain inventory records, coordinate order packing as per bills and invoices, and ensure the timely and accurate dispatch of materials.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily stock inventory, including receiving, storing, issuing, and arranging materials.

* Perform physical stock counting and regularly reconcile stock with inventory records.

* Pick and verify materials according to customer orders, bills, and invoices.

* Ensure accurate packing, labelling, and preparation of materials before dispatch.

* Coordinate with the billing, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure order accuracy.

* Prepare and maintain dispatch records, delivery challans, invoices, and related documentation.

* Coordinate with transporters and delivery personnel for timely dispatch of goods.

* Monitor stock shortages, discrepancies, and damaged materials,



and report them to the concerned team.

* Maintain a clean, organised , and systematic stock and packing area.

* Ensure that the correct products and quantities are packed and dispatched to the correct customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Minimum 1-3 years of experience in dispatch, inventory, warehouse, or stock management preferred.

* Basic knowledge of stock counting, inventory records, bills, and invoices.

* Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials.

* Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and inventory software.

* Good coordination, time management, and organisational skills.

* Ability to handle physical stock, packing activities, and warehouse operations.

Preferred Candidate

A reliable, organised, and hands-on individual who can independently manage daily stock, order picking, packing, and dispatch activities with minimal supervision.
