- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and detailed cost estimates for civil and infrastructure projects.
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and project requirements to calculate material and labour quantities.
- Prepare rate analysis, cost comparisons, and budget estimates.
- Verify contractor bills, subcontractor measurements, and running account (RA) bills.
- Monitor project costs, variations, and material consumption to ensure budget compliance.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with relevant experience in Quantity Surveying.
- Experience in BOQ preparation, estimation, billing, and quantity measurement.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and relevant estimation software.
- Knowledge of civil construction, infrastructure projects, and contract documentation.
- Robust analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
