Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and experienced Civil Construction Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with contractors, and completing projects within the scheduled timelines.Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports.
- Verify measurements, billing, and material usage.
- Resolve site-related technical issues.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones.

Coordinate daily with Project Manager, client engineers, and contractors to meet targets.Monitor manpower and material availability to avoid delays.Ensure DPR (Daily Progress Report) data is shared with HO team regularly.Supervise site activities, manage labor teams, and ensure work progress as per plan.Report daily progress and coordinate with Site Engineers.Monitor site safety, housekeeping, and contractor compliance.




Qualifications:Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Preferred)Strong understanding of CPWD norms, specifications & documentationExcellent communication & coordination skillsMust be ready for on-site deployment and flexible shifts (Day/Evening)
