Markteer Media is looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager with 45 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, client account management, and digital marketing strategy.

Role & responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and manage social media marketing strategies for in-house brands and multiple client accounts.
- Independently handle social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Plan, create, and execute monthly social media content calendars aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Conceptualize and design engaging social media creatives, including static posts, carousels, stories, reels, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop innovative campaign concepts, creative ideas, content themes, and brand storytelling strategies.
- Able to prepare skilled pitch decks, marketing proposals, social media strategy presentations, and campaign plans for existing and prospective clients.
- Independently manage client communication, conduct meetings, understand requirements, and present creative ideas and marketing strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely deliverables, and client satisfaction.
- Manage client feedback, creative revisions, content approvals, and day-to-day account coordination.
- Coordinate with internal design, content, video editing, and performance marketing teams for campaign execution.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.




- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, content quality, and communication across all social media platforms.
- Manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality deliverables.

Preferred candidate profile

- 45 years of relevant experience in social media marketing, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Proven experience managing multiple client social media accounts independently.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills with the ability to confidently communicate with clients and deliver professional presentations.
- Hands-on experience in designing and creating professional social media creatives using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Strong creative thinking, content ideation, copywriting, and brand storytelling abilities.
- Strong client-handling skills, including requirement gathering, strategy discussions, presentations, feedback management, and relationship building.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned accounts, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid social media campaigns will be an added advantage.
- A portfolio showcasing social media creatives, campaign strategies, and pitch deck presentations is preferred.
