Roles Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and automation workflows.
Automate provisioning, configuration, patching, and deployment activities across servers.
Manage and support AIX and/or Windows Server environments.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IBM Connect:Direct managed file transfer solutions.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation best practices.
Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and operations teams to streamline deployments.
Monitor automation jobs and resolve performance or execution issues.
Develop reusable automation frameworks to improve operational efficiency.
Create technical documentation, SOPs, and deployment procedures.
Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities.
