Role & responsibilities :

- Review RFQs, NITs, tender documents, BOQs, specifications and identify key requirements.

- Prepare BOQs for CCTV, PA, ACS, FAS, Networking, EPABX and ELV systems
- Prepare compliance statements, deviations, technical data sheets and comparison sheets

- Obtain quotes, datasheets, compliance and delivery schedules from OEMs/vendors
- Prepare material costing sheets, freight calculations and commercial inputs
- Prepare technical offers, architecture diagrams and solution documents

- Maintain tender folders, OEM documents, approvals and version control

Preferred candidate profile

- B. TECH / BE in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering or Diploma / Graduate with Minimum 4 years of relevant experience of ELV products (Pre-Sales).
- Strong knowledge of detailed engineering for CCTV, PA, ACS & Telephone systems.
- Good analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Robust knowledge of detailed engineering for CCTV, PA, ACS, and Telephone Systems.
- Experience in industrial projects for clients such as NTPC, PGCIL, SAIL, Tata Steel, JSW, IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, GAIL, or similar organizations will be an added advantage.
