Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through market research, customer visits, exhibitions, referrals, consultants and online channels.
- Identify potential customers including Government / PSU organizations

Develop a good understanding of the company's products and applications, such as:

- Power electronic systems
- DC-DC converters
- AC-DC power supplies

Monitor the complete sales cycle from lead generation enquiry technical discussion quotation negotiation purchase order delivery payment.

- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.

Maintain robust relationships with existing customers.

- Identify opportunities for repeat orders, upgrades and cross-selling.

Identify relevant tenders and project opportunities.

- Coordinate with the tendering/commercial team for bid preparation.
- Study technical specifications, BOQs,



scope of supply and commercial requirements.

Key Skills Required:

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.

- MBA in Marketing / Sales will be an added advantage.

Experience

5-10 years of experience power electronics, electrical equipment, related industries preferred.

- Experience dealing with Defense and Aerospace organisations will be an advantage.

Technical Skills

- Basic to good knowledge of electrical and power electronics products.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and customer requirements.
- Ability to discuss products/applications with technical teams and customers.
