Job Description: Assistant Manager In-charge / Branch Manager (Gold Loans)
Department: BFSI Lending
Location: Vijayawada
Experience: 3–8 years in Gold Loans
Work Mode: Work from Office (5 days a week)

Job Purpose

To manage overall branch operations, drive Gold Loan business growth, achieve business targets, and ensure effective customer service and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive Gold Loan business development and achieve branch targets.
- Maximize business mobilization through personal contacts, local networks, and customer relationships.
- Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Lead and supervise branch staff to achieve business and operational objectives.
- Monitor branch performance and take necessary actions to improve business growth.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and adherence to internal policies.
- Follow applicable RBI guidelines, KYC/AML requirements, and Gold Loan operational procedures.




- Maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Support portfolio quality monitoring, repayment follow-ups, and risk management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of Gold Loan experience for Assistant Manager – In-charge (AMIC).
- 5–8 years of Gold Loan experience for Branch Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Gold Loan products, processes, and branch operations.
- Established local contacts and good business development skills.
- Proven ability to achieve business targets and mobilize customers.
- Valuable computer knowledge and self-correspondence skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage branch operations independently and work towards business goals.
- Knowledge of applicable RBI guidelines, KYC/AML requirements, and compliance procedures.

Note: Candidates must have mandatory Gold Loan experience and good local market contacts.
