Key Responsibilities
1. Achieve sales targets in Modern Trade stores and assigned territory.
2. Develop and expand business through distributors and key retail chains.
3. Maintain valuable relationships with buyers, store managers, and customers.
4. Ensure proper product availability, display, and merchandising in stores.
5. Conduct promotional activities such as sampling, product displays, and consumer offers to increase sales.
6. Monitor and guide promoters/merchandisers for effective in-store execution.
7. Coordinate with distributors and supply chain teams for timely stock delivery.
8. Track Purchase Orders (PO), Invoices, and Goods Received Notes (GRN).
9. Follow up on payments and debit notes as per company credit policy.
10. Submit sales, market, competitor, and promotional activity reports to management.
11. Should be good at English, Hindi and Telugu.
